Send us (by email) a digital panorama X-Rays. Ask your radiological center about this... They can email you the image if you request it (1st image above).

Also we need that you email us 2 clear pictures of your mouth. One with your full smile and other with your opened mouth (2nd and 3rd images above).

With your cell phone or other digital camera, take the snapshots, and sent them to us by email in an attachment.
